Simple steps to reduce stress level

See it is a real big deal to manage stress, especially when you are working in front of your desktop for hours. You will feel like sitting on a hot stove with heat pouring all side, it makes you think that it will be fine if you take a break and continue with work after 10 minutes, but even a break the same state prevails.This is not because you are sitting on a real hot seat, obviously.It is the stress that get accumulated into your head makes you feel such things.
Just use a wet cloth to wipe your face and head.Also let that cloth remain on your head until you feel less weight in your head.Beware, this treatment is not for those who catchup with cold so often. Even for others it may give some head ache later on, but it can cured by a small pill. The reason why I didn't suggest a pill for stress was, there is a lot of pills to handle stress but this treatment will convert stress into just headache. So amount severity get reduced and also the concentration of the pill used for headache is lower than one used for stress.
